Korean star Kim Sae-ron found dead, cause of death revealed

South Korean actress Kim Sae-ron, known for her breakout role in the Netflix series "Bloodhounds," has been found dead in her Seoul home, officials confirmed. She was just 24 years old.

Her body was discovered by friends on Sunday, who immediately alerted the authorities. 

"We believe she made an extreme choice and plan to handle it as a suicide,” officials told reporters, via local Yonhap news agency.

Kim Sae-ron's promising career spanned over a decade, beginning at the tender age of nine. She gained widespread recognition as a child star through films like "A Brand New Life" (2009) and "The Man From Nowhere" (2010).

As she transitioned into adulthood, Kim took on more prominent roles, showcasing her talent in projects like "A Girl at My Door" (2014) and "Secret Healer" (2016). Her versatility also shone through in various television drama series, including "Listen to My Heart" (2011) and "The Queen's Classroom" (2013).

The entertainment industry mourns the loss of this talented young star, whose life was cut short in its prime.
