The ceremony in France on July 26, 2024, featured a segment that appeared to recreate Christ’s Last Supper. Photos and videos circulating online show men dressed as women around a long table, with a central figure wearing a halo-like headgear. Another segment depicted a bare-chested, blue-painted man with a flower wreath lying on the table.
In a vehement Instagram post, Olayode Juliana condemned the depiction as deeply offensive and disrespectful to Christian beliefs. She criticized the act as a glaring example of why Christians have been marginalized, suggesting that their silence has led to such disrespect.
