Social media activist, VeryDarkMan, in a viral video, says Davido did not include Olamide as one of the industry legends because he is not one of the Afrobeats pioneers.
VDM brought up the fact that Olamide began his career as a rap musician and rose to fame in that genre.
Regardless of Davido’s comment, the activist stated that Olamide is a GOAT in the music industry and now considers himself more of a star-maker, which was why he didn’t promote his career on the foreign scene like his contemporaries Wizkid and Davido
He added that Olamide’s music catalogue would easily surpass that of Davido and Wizkid
