Gym-goer Jason Onwuka from Festac expressed challenges in maintaining focus due to the presence of social media influencers and individuals more inclined towards socializing than exercising. He noted instances where people spend considerable time engaging in conversations rather than working out.
Similarly, Folarin Adekoya from an Ikeja gym observed that certain gym enthusiasts seem more interested in socializing and capturing photos for social media platforms than in actual physical activity.
