The Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Lawal Pedro (SAN), announced on Monday that the toxicology report and other forensic analyses from the United States regarding the late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known as Mohbad, have been completed.

During a press conference at the Ministry of Justice Conference Room in Alausa, Ikeja, Pedro confirmed that the autopsy report is now with both the Lagos State Pathologist and the coroner magistrate.

Acknowledging delays in the case, he stated, “Yes, I agree there has been a delay, but it stems from the time required for thorough investigation.” He emphasized that comprehensive forensic analysis and toxicology are crucial for building a strong case that could lead to a conviction in court.
