Nigerian singer Johnny Drille and music producer Don Jazzy have released a new EP titled Hard Guy Confessions.
The seven-track project dropped on streaming platforms on Wednesday and includes songs like ‘How Are You,’ ‘Anyway,’ ‘It Hurts,’ ‘Hold Me,’ ‘Spending,’ ‘Believe Me,’ and ‘Peace Of Mind.’
Drille shared his excitement on Instagram, saying, “A few years ago, I would have laughed if someone told me I’d be making music with Don Jazzy, but here we are.”
Johnny Drille, born John Ighodaro, started his music career after participating in Project Fame West Africa in 2013. He signed with Mavin Records in 2017 after his unique style caught Don Jazzy’s attention. Over the years, he has gained recognition and awards, including ‘Best Alternative Song’ at The Headies in 2019.
Don Jazzy, the head of Mavin Records, is a well-known producer and label executive in the Nigerian music scene.
