Actress Iyabo Ojo has publicly accused her colleague Lizzy Anjorin of harassment, bullying, and cyberstalking. Taking to her Instagram page on Friday, January 17, Iyabo issued a stern warning, urging Lizzy to stop involving her loved ones in their ongoing feud.
In a post titled “Stop harassing innocent people,” the 47-year-old actress called on Nigerian authorities to intervene. She tagged relevant agencies, including the Nigerian Police Force, while outlining her grievances.
Iyabo alleged that despite their ongoing legal case, Lizzy had continued to target her family and friends with threats, curses, and defamatory remarks online. In her post, she declared:
“To the General Public, Nigerian Authorities, and Government: @npf_nccc @nigeriapoliceforce
I am compelled to expose a disturbing pattern of harassment by Liz Anjorin. Despite our ongoing court case, she continues to target my loved ones, hurling curses, threats, and defamation at them from her social media space. I urge the authorities to take note of this announcement.
Liz Anjorin, I’m warning you publicly for the last time: Cyberstalking is a crime, be warned ⚠️
Cease your harassment and bullying tactics immediately. Stop targeting innocent people, including my family, friends, and colleagues. Your actions will no longer be tolerated. Your constant curses on my children and partner are unacceptable. They have never responded or engaged with you.”
Iyabo concluded by demanding that Lizzy respect boundaries and focus on her own life, while also appealing to the authorities and the public to be aware of the situation.
This ongoing feud has gained attention in the entertainment industry. The two actresses had reportedly reconciled in June 2024, resolving their differences outside of court and sharing their truce on social media. However, the peace appears to have been short-lived.
Earlier this month, Iyabo revealed in an interview with fellow actress Biola Adebayo that she was unwilling to settle their legal case despite mediation efforts. She stated:
“One of my colleagues insinuated I may have a hand in Mohbad’s death. That’s why I’m in court with her—Lizzy Anjorin. They have an intermediary trying to settle the case, but I’m not taking the settlement. This is my fight-to-finish year.”
The feud reportedly escalated after Lizzy made insinuations linking Iyabo to the exploitation of singer Mohbad’s death for personal gain. In addition, Lizzy allegedly used social media to make defamatory remarks about Iyabo’s private life, accusing her of promiscuity and other inappropriate acts.
