Chidimma Adetshina, a former Miss South Africa contestant, has expressed that she isn’t eager to return to South Africa anytime soon. Adetshina faced criticism in South Africa during the announcement of her participation in the Miss South Africa pageant.
She later withdrew from the competition after the South African Home Office accused her mother of fraud and identity theft.
Following her exit from the pageant, she accepted an invitation to join the Miss Universe Nigeria pageant and arrived in Nigeria over a week ago. In an interview with Cool FM Nigeria, Adetshina shared her happiness about being in her homeland, stating, “I think it’s safe to say I’m not going back. It’s been amazing. I’m not even looking forward to going back to South Africa. I just want to explore more, stay longer, and see what happens next.”
