Hajduk Split's head coach, Gennaro Gattuso, has reportedly rewarded his players and coaching staff with brand-new iPhone 16s following their 1-0 victory over rivals Dinamo Zagreb in the "Eternal Derby."
In the sixth game of the 2024/25 HNL season, Hajduk secured a hard-fought win against Dinamo, with Marco Livai scoring the decisive goal.
The victory was significant for Gattuso, who had been waiting for the right moment to reward his team for their efforts. According to Tribuna, the Italian coach gifted 35 phones, costing around €40,000.
Gattuso had initially planned to give the gifts earlier in the season, but postponed the gesture after some disappointing results. The derby win presented the perfect opportunity to carry out his plan.
