Galatasaray’s Deputy President, Abdallah Kavukcu, has declared the club’s ability to secure top players, including Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen, 25, joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli after falling out with the Italian club. He has excelled in Turkey, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in just nine matches. His performances have sparked discussions about a permanent move.
Reports suggest Galatasaray might offer €50 million for Osimhen. However, the financial strain of his transfer fee and salary poses a challenge. Despite this, Kavukcu expressed confidence in the club’s capacity to make strategic signings.
“If Galatasaray wants a player, we will be at the table. We have the power to make the right transfers,” Kavukcu told Forza Cimbom.
While Galatasaray appears eager to retain Osimhen, the striker is reportedly focused on moving to a top European league.
