Rapper Falz has issued a 12-hour ultimatum to Bobrisky, demanding the social media personality retract false statements and issue a public apology.
The controversy erupted when Bobrisky alleged that Falz promised to secure a presidential pardon for N10 million, supposedly leveraging his father’s influence, Femi Falana. Falz’s legal team has categorically denied these allegations.
In a formal letter, Falz’s lawyers revealed that Bobrisky had solicited financial assistance from Falz, which he declined. The letter further accuses Bobrisky of attempting to extort money from both artists and the public.
Falz is insisting on a retraction of the defamatory statements and a written apology to be disseminated across all platforms where the original claims were made. Failure to comply may result in legal action for monetary damages.
