Former Barcelona and Spain defender Marc Bartra and his model girlfriend Jessica Goicoechea have ended their 22-year relationship, according to Spanish journalist Abel Planelles.
The couple, who had been together since 2001, made headlines earlier this year when Goicoechea revealed their unusual "sex deal" on a Spanish talk show. However, despite their efforts to maintain their connection, Planelles reports that the relationship has now come to an end.
Sources close to the couple indicate that there is no bad blood between them, and they remain on good terms. Planelles stated, "From what those around me tell me, there is no bad vibe, there is no bad relationship. In fact, on the contrary, there is a good relationship."
The news marks the end of a long-term relationship that had been subject to scrutiny earlier this year when Goicoechea shared intimate details of their arrangement on "La Resistencia" in May. Despite their efforts to keep the relationship alive, it appears that Bartra and Goicoechea have decided to go their separate ways.
