Englishman, Alan Shearer has predicted England to win 3-0 against Spain in the Euro 2024 final.
The Three Lions will take on Spain in Berlin in what is their second successive final, having finished runner-up at Euro 2020.
While Gareth Southgate’s side passed opponents for the majority of the tournament, Spain entered the final with a 100 percent record, being the only team in the history of the competition to win six games in a single edition.
Shearer told Betfair: “I think with what’s gone on previously in other matches, we might not do it in 90 minutes and we may have to endure a long evening once again.
“My dream is England are 3-0 up with 15 minutes to go so that we can all relax and enjoy the party atmosphere but I sense this won’t happen.”
