England and Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins has announced his engagement to his girlfriend, Ellie Alderson.
The 28-year-old shared the news on Instagram, posting photos of the couple and captioning it "Future wifey!!"
Watkins and Alderson have been together since 2018 and have two children, a daughter and a son. The engagement announcement comes after Watkins' impressive performance for England in the Euro 2024 semifinal against the Netherlands.
Aston Villa teammates Morgan Rogers and John McGinn congratulated the couple, as did England captain Harry Kane, who praised Watkins' outstanding contribution to the team.
