Diddy’s legal team is vehemently denying claims of a second victim in the musician’s ongoing sex trafficking case. Following his September arrest in New York City on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, the 55-year-old artist remains in custody, having been denied bail three times.

In recent court filings, Diddy’s attorneys challenged the government’s assertion of a second victim, asserting that the woman in question is not involved in any wrongdoing and has not been interviewed by prosecutors. They also claim that the government misled the court during his first bail hearing, failing to disclose key information. The case, which initially involved Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie, who filed a private settlement after accusing him of rape and abuse, continues to unfold as the legal battle intensifies.
