In a move that’s raising eyebrows, popular Nigerian comedian Oluseyi Aletile, known as Seyi Law, has been appointed as Senior Special Assistant on Entertainment & Tourism to Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa. The announcement, made by Chief Press Secretary Ebenezer Adeniyan on Monday, has left many questioning the governor’s decision.

Adeniyan stated, “The appointment was in continuation of efforts to enhance governance and service delivery to the people of Ondo.” However, critics are skeptical about the qualifications of a comedian to effectively advise on governance and tourism, igniting a heated debate on social media.
