English Premier League giant Chelsea is scouting Nigerian striker Victor Boniface, who plays for Bayer Leverkusen.
Boniface joined Leverkusen last season for €20m and had an impressive debut season, contributing to 31 goals in 39 games.
This season, Boniface has already scored four goals and provided one assist in six games. His outstanding performances have caught Chelsea's attention.
Leverkusen wants to keep Boniface, having rejected Manchester United's interest last summer. The Bundesliga champions valued him at £47m.
Boniface isn't the only Nigerian striker in demand. Victor Osimhen is being monitored by Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.
Chelsea's interest in Boniface comes as no surprise, given his impressive form. Will Leverkusen be able to hold onto their prized striker?
