Big Brother Naija Season 9 contestant, Wanni, has stirred controversy by stating that Beauty Tukura, despite being disqualified in the second week of the 2022 ‘Level Up’ season, is more successful than the season's winner, Phyna
During a conversation with a group of male housemates on Sunday night, Wanni remarked that only Sheggz and Bella, among the ex-housemates from Season 7, are on the same level as Beauty in terms of success. She said, "They [organizers] disqualified her [Beauty] in the second week, but she's one of the most successful, apart from Bella and Sheggz. She's doing well. She just bagged an endorsement deal."
Wanni recounted the incident leading to Beauty's disqualification, explaining that she was removed from the show for physical violence. "She was disqualified because of violence. She’s fiery! There was a day Ilebaye did something, and Beauty took off her cap and threatened to beat her. Then her boyfriend danced with someone else at the party, and she hit him with her wig. You know, physical violence isn’t allowed in Biggie's house, so they disqualified her."
Wanni further emphasized, "She was disqualified in two weeks, but she’s still one of the most successful from her set. Even the winner [Phyna] isn’t as successful as she is."
In other news, Wanni and her partner, Handi, won the Custodian Challenge on Sunday night. Their victory grants them the power to influence this week’s nominations and eviction while also making them immune from eviction.
