This makes Ayra Starr the seventh Nigerian artiste to achieve this impressive feat, joining the likes of Wizkid, who presently tops with seven billion, Burna Boy, CKay, Tems, Davido, and Rema.
Earlier, Starr secured four nominations at the 2024 MTV EMAs. She will contest for Best African Act, Best Afrobeats, Best Push, and Best New Artist.
