Popular American singer Enisa has lost over 12,000 followers on X within 24 hours after she unfollowed Nigerian Afrobeat star Davido.
Davido had featured on the remix of Enisa's song "Love Cycle" in 2021, helping her gain popularity among Nigerian fans. However, after a few years, she unfollowed Davido on X, leading to a noticeable drop in her follower count. A recent check on her profile on Friday showed that her followers decreased from 821.9k to 809.3k.
Apart from Davido, other Nigerians like social media influencers Smallie and Dapsy also played a role in helping Enisa connect with Nigerian fans.
