The Ogun State Police Command has declared Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, wanted for allegedly assaulting state officials.
The incident reportedly occurred on February 5, 2025, when officials from the Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development visited Portable’s Odogwu Bar in Iyana Ilogbo, Sango-Ota, to enforce planning regulations. During the visit, Portable and his associates allegedly attacked the officials, leading to the arrest and arraignment of nine individuals associated with the singer. Portable has since denied the allegations, claiming he was being falsely accused and that his property was unjustly targeted. The Ogun State government has condemned the attack, describing Portable as a “serial dissident and unrepentant rascal.” The police have issued a warrant for his arrest, urging him to report to the nearest police station.
