Nigerian skit maker Taaooma and her husband, Abdulazeez ‘Abula’ Greene, have welcomed their first child.
The couple announced the arrival of their baby girl on Instagram with a video on Thursday.
The child, named Amani Korede Makeda Greene, was born on November 7, 2024.
“Amani Korede Makeda Greene. 7/11/2024,” the post read.
Taaooma and Greene got engaged in October 2020. They had a private wedding in January 2021 and celebrated their first anniversary the following year.
In 2022, Greene explained to TheCable Lifestyle that they decided to keep their marriage private.
Born Maryam Apaokagi, Taaooma studied Tourism and Travel Service Management at Kwara State University. She started making skits after her fiancé taught her video editing.
She became popular in 2019 with a skit about African parents taking their children to school. Since then, she has become a well-known figure in the skit-making industry.
