Popular social media personality Bobrisky has shared his thoughts on how fame has affected his privacy.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, Bobrisky said he sometimes regrets being famous because it has made it hard to keep his personal life private. He explained that social media has become invasive, with every post attracting attention and criticism.
He also pointed out that it’s especially difficult to maintain personal boundaries in Nigeria’s online space. Bobrisky advised against sharing too much personal information online to avoid unnecessary scrutiny and attention.
“Every spirit of monitoring spirit in my life, dissapear.Imagine posting and people are trying to know your location. I lost my privacy ever since I became famous.I wish I was never famous.You just have to keep everything about you away from social Nigeriais too toxic”.
