The Super Eagles B squad kicked off their second phase of training on Tuesday, gearing up for their two-legged Africa Nations Championship qualifiers against Ghana set for December.
This follows the conclusion of their first training phase last Thursday, after which players returned to their clubs for Nigeria Premier Football League weekend matches.
A total of 26 players were present as camp resumed, with the remaining nine expected to join by Wednesday. Over the next two weeks, the team will undergo intensive training, with further details on their schedule to be announced by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) soon.
Interim head coach Augustine Eguavoen has named a 32-man squad for this phase, which includes new additions such as Remo Stars goalkeeper Kayode Bankole, Suur Kumaga from Lobi Stars, Ossu Martin, veteran winger Bernard Ovoke, Aniekeme Okon, Rivers United’s Ubong Friday, and U-23 standout Dominion Ohaka from Water FC.
