Nigerian superstar Davido is set to release his first single of 2024, "Awuke," featuring Jamaican artist YG Marley.
The highly anticipated track marks Davido's return to solo music after several high-profile collaborations, including remixes for Kizz Daniel's "Twe Twe" and Angelique Kidjo's Grammy-submitted "Joy."
Davido recently launched his PUMA sneaker collection and teased "Awuke" at an exclusive event, generating buzz among fans.
The single is expected to kickstart a new era for Davido, following the success of his record-breaking album "Timeless."
Another collaboration with Nigerian pop star Omah Lay is also in the works, although no release date has been announced.
