Mike Dada, President of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA), is mourning the loss of his wife, Modupe Temitope Dada, who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 48.
Modupe succumbed to a brief illness at Dutchess International Hospital in Lagos. In an emotional Instagram post, Mike Dada shared the heartbreaking news, honoring her as a “true and loving wife and mother.” He praised her unwavering dedication to both family and the continent, noting that she “always put her family and Africa first.”
The Dada family is requesting prayers and support during this challenging time, acknowledging that Modupe’s passing has left an irreplaceable void in their lives.
