Born in Mississippi in January 1931, Jones starred in numerous films such as *Coming to America*, *The Greatest*, *Field of Dreams*, and *Conan the Barbarian*. He gained global fame for voicing Darth Vader in *Star Wars* and Mufasa in Disney’s *The Lion King*.
