American actor Tyrese Gibson has declared that marriage is the essence of "true wealth." Speaking on a recent episode of the *Club Shay Shay* podcast, the actor emphasized that successful couples, like Beyoncé and Jay-Z, understand the value of marriage as a form of wealth.
Gibson expressed his views, saying, “True wealth is marriage. Jay-Z and Beyoncé understand that. No one should be alone; this concept of being alone is bullsh*t! Most of your favorite female singers singing about independence are going home to their man, fiancé, or husband… Companionship is biblical, and marriage is very important.”
Despite his firm stance on marriage, Gibson has been married and divorced twice, first to Norma Mitchell (2007-2009) and later to Samantha Lee (2017-2020).
