Nigerian singer Teni recently took to social media to humorously lament the peaceful atmosphere and lack of "beef" among female artists in the industry. In a video posted on Instagram on August 15, 2024, Teni urged her fellow female musicians to take a cue from their male counterparts by injecting some drama into their interactions.

"I've said it before and I'll say it again: this female industry is too boring, it's too boring!" she exclaimed. "Why can't Tems and Ayra Starr see each other and say, 'Your papa, your papa papa'?"

Teni continued her playful rant, suggesting, "Why can't I see Tiwa Savage and tell her, 'Wetin dey do you?' Look at what's happening on the other side; everyone is just doing love songs. Sometimes I feel like giving Yemi Alade a headbutt, so security can separate us."

She concluded by encouraging a little drama before collaborating, "Let's spice this thing up and collaborate later. Fighting doesn't mean we can't work together afterward. Let's give them a proper action film!"

Teni's post sparked laughter among fans and celebrities alike.
