American rapper Curtis Jackson, popularly known as 50 Cent, has shared that his current favorite song is ‘Me & U’ by Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Tems.
In a viral interview clip, the hip-hop icon revealed, “My current song on repeat is ‘Me & U’ by Tems.”
‘Me & U’ is the lead single from Tems’ critically acclaimed debut album *Born In The Wild*. The track stirred controversy after winning the Bobby Jones Best Gospel/Inspirational Award at the 2024 BET Awards, with some critics arguing that a secular artist shouldn’t have won over gospel icons like Kirk Franklin, Shirley Caesar, CeCe Winans, and Maverick City Music.
