Nigerian music star 2Baba, has openly declared his love for Edo State lawmaker, Honourable Natasha Osawaru, while clearing the air about his marriage issues.
In a video posted on his Instagram account on Wednesday, 2Baba denied rumors that Osawaru was involved in his ongoing divorce from his wife, Annie Idibia.
Speculation about their relationship grew after 2Baba was seen at the Edo State Assembly on Monday and later in a Lagos nightclub with Osawaru.
Addressing the rumors, he said, “I’ve seen so many false stories and malicious talk since I posted that. But for those who understand, they know. And to those spreading baseless narratives, I salute you. Your lives are perfect, right?”
2Baba defended Osawaru, saying she had nothing to do with his marital problems despite being unfairly blamed.
“Hon. Natasha has been called names and labeled a home wrecker, but she’s an intelligent, wonderful woman who is not involved in my marriage issues with Annie,” he stated.
“Yes, I love her. She is amazing, she is cool, and I want to marry her.”
He ended the video by humorously suggesting that action should be taken against those who spread false stories online.
